Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German Digital Marketing Specialist to guide new clients through Google Ads onboarding, crafting campaigns that drive measurable results. This hybrid role includes relocation support and a chance to shape initial client performance.

You will collaborate with internal teams, deliver strategic guidance, set up accounts, monitor outcomes, and identify opportunities to expand campaigns while delivering excellent client service and ongoing optimization.

Formación

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• At least 1 year of professional sales or marketing experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee client onboarding and activation of Google Ads accounts.
• Provide strategic guidance and tailor digital strategies to client goals.
• Build and optimize data‑driven PPC campaigns for strong performance.
• Offer consultative support via calls, video meetings, and email.
• Identify opportunities to upsell advanced features for ROI growth.
• Track metrics, interpret results, and adjust strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
• Stay updated with new tools, trends, and best practices for clients.
