Ignite in Barcelona is seeking a focused digital advertising consultant to manage a German-market portfolio using Google Ads. You will drive onboarding, build high-converting campaigns, and engage clients through outbound calls to grow spending and retention.

The role requires fluent German and strong English, with hybrid work (3 on-site days in Barcelona, 2 remote). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver performance insights to executives.

Formación

• Fluent German (C1-C2) plus strong business English.
• Experience managing corporate accounts in the German market.
• Autonomous account management with CRM proficiency.
• Experience using AI platforms to automate reporting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and set up high-converting PPC campaigns for German accounts.
• Proactive outbound outreach to clients to educate and expand spend.
• Assess business models to configure scalable, targeted campaigns for growth.
• Maintain precise CRM logs and strategy notes for all clients.
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide strategic, executive-level reporting.
• Advise clients on connecting Google Ads to sales funnels and improving landing pages.
• Gather local market trends and feedback for German market to inform product teams.
