German FX Growth Executive - Revenue & Client Leadership

Monex Europe is seeking a Senior Executive to cover the German market from Madrid. You will own a personal revenue book, originate and close new business with German-speaking corporates, and mentor junior colleagues.

You will report to the Head of Desk and collaborate with Dealing, Compliance, Credit & Risk, Operations and Marketing across the Monex network as the desk grows. Fluency in English and German is required.

Formación

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• Approximately 5–7 years’ experience in FX, international payments or financial markets sales.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and comfort owning pricing and margin conversations.
• Solid understanding of the regulatory environment governing FX and payments in Europe.
• Track record of building and managing a pipeline in a target-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own your individual revenue performance against targets and KPIs.
• Originate new business in the German market.
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients, ensuring margin discipline.
• Feed insights from client conversations to the Head of Desk on new products and initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of German-speaking corporate and institutional clients and act as trusted adviser on FX exposure.
