Monex USA in Madrid is seeking an Associate to cover the German market, supporting growth by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients in FX solutions and international payments.

You will work with Sales, Dealing, Compliance and Operations, gaining hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle while developing commercial and technical skills in financial markets.

Fluency in English and German and a proactive, target-driven mindset are essential.

Formación

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with interest in financial markets.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Motivated and proactive with a desire to develop a long-term sales career.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage prospective German-speaking corporate clients.
• Support the sales process from outreach through onboarding and relationship management.
