Monex Europe S.L. in Madrid is seeking a Senior Executive to cover the German market, owning a personal revenue book and hitting targets weekly, monthly and quarterly.

You originate and close new business with German-speaking corporates, manage your pipeline end-to-end, and build long-term client relationships. As a senior member of the desk you also mentor juniors, set standards for selling, and collaborate with Dealing, Compliance, Credit and Risk across our network.

Formación

• Fluency in English and German required.
• 5–7 years in FX, international payments or financial markets sales.
• Strong negotiation and pricing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own your revenue performance against targets and KPIs daily/weekly/monthly.
• Originate new business in the German market via outbound activity and referrals.
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients, ensuring margin discipline.
• Provide market feedback to Head of Desk on products and initiatives.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking clients & advise on FX exposure.
• Maintain a structured pipeline, forecast, and share best practices.
• Balance revenue with compliance, escalate breaches, and log activity.
