Monex Europa S.L. is seeking an Associate to drive growth in the German market. You will identify prospects, nurture relationships, and develop knowledge of FX solutions, international payments, and financial markets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Working closely with Sales, Dealing, Compliance and Operations, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle and build the commercial and technical skills needed for a long-term sales career in financial services.

Formación

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• 1–4 years in sales, business development, financial services, FX, payments or related environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with interest in financial markets.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound activity, referrals and networking.
• Support the sales process from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce and internal systems.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on commercial discussions and client proposals.
• Contribute to achieving team sales objectives and targets.
