Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Relocation Support-Hybrid German Business Developer to drive growth in the German market. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and shape sales strategies to hit targets.

This role requires fluent German and at least 1–2 years in business development or sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Hybrid work with relocation support provided.

Formación

• Fluent German and English at least B2 level.
• 1–2 years of business development or sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• CRM knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential business opportunities in the German market.
