Job summary

Medtronic in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a hybrid role combining office-based and remote work. The position focuses on end-to-end order fulfilment, data management, and cross-functional collaboration with minimal travel.

Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred; additional European languages are advantageous. The role requires strong customer service, logistics, and export process knowledge, and supports the Customer Care team through training and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer service, customer operations, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English and French (written and verbal).
• Experience handling complex customer escalations and cross-functional processes.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for complex customer inquiries and escalated issues.
• Manage transactions, quotations, orders, and follow-up activities with accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer matters.
• Identify process improvements and implement sustainable solutions.
• Participate in projects, system implementations, and UAT activities.
• Support compliance with policies and quality requirements and analyze performance trends.
• Assist in knowledge-sharing, onboarding, and training across the Customer Care team.
