The ideal candidate has proven GM experience in high-volume settings, outstanding leadership, and fluency in Spanish and English. Competitive salary: €45,000-48,000 gross per year plus bonus.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role in high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurants, bars, or hotels.
