Accenture España in Madrid seeks a senior leader to own and drive Global Capability Center (GCC) transformations from strategy through design, setup, execution, and ongoing reinvention. You’ll shape programs across complex functions and embed AI‑enabled capabilities from Day One.

You will advise C‑suite executives across finance, HR, technology and operations, crafting governance, operating models and talent plans.

Formación

• 8–12 years in consulting with leadership of large transformation programmes.
• Able to advise and influence at board level across finance, technology, HR, and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full GCC lifecycle — from strategy and business case origination through design, set-up, operationalisation, and continuous transformation.
• Act as a C‑suite advisor (CFO, CHRO, COO, CTO), shaping decisions on GCC scope, operating model, governance, and AI‑enabled reinvention.
• Design and implement AI‑first GCC capabilities — embedding intelligence agents, applied analytics, and next‑gen technologies from Day One.
• Lead GCC set‑up programmes: governance design, talent mobilisation, Day One readiness, and command center powered by Reinvention AI.
• Drive transformation programmes: GCC health checks, capability expansion, modernisation, and workforce reskilling for an AI‑led future.
• Shape new client opportunities, contributing to business development and thought leadership.
• Build and coach high‑performing delivery teams; develop junior talent and foster a culture of learning.

• 8–12 years in consulting, with a demonstrated track record of leading large‑scale, cross‑functional transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to advise and influence at the most senior levels — comfortable in the boardroom, credible across finance, technology, HR, and operations.
• You bring genuine breadth across business functions — finance, HR, supply chain, technology, marketing, data or AI — and the ability to connect that knowledge into integrated solutions.
• Strong command of AI, automation, and digital innovation — and genuine enthusiasm for how they are reshaping what GCCs can deliver.
• Intellectually curious and always learning — you bring new ideas to clients and to the practice and invest in your team's development.
• You build trust quickly, drive alignment across complex stakeholder landscapes, and take full accountability for outcomes.
