Accenture in Spain is seeking a proactive consultant to join our GCC-focused program teams in Madrid. You will help shape vision, strategy, and operating models across business, innovation and enabling services, while collaborating with cross-functional groups to deliver integrated solutions.

You will engage in AI-enabled capability identification and transformation work, contributing to health checks, capability expansion, and workforce reskilling as part of multiple client initiatives.

Formación

• 2–5 years in consulting, strategy, or operations with cross-functional exposure to complex business problems.
• Interest in how organisations work across finance, HR, supply chain, technology, marketing, or data, with ability to connect dots across functions.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies reshaping organisational value.
• Ambitious and proactive; take ownership, seek learning opportunities, and push beyond comfort zone.
• Spot issues early, bring ideas and solutions, thrive where no two days are the same.
• Structure thinking, synthesize complex information, and communicate clearly in writing and speech.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design of GCC vision, strategy, and operating models, working across Business, Innovation, and Enabling Services.
• Contribute to GCC set-up workstreams: governance design, talent mobilisation, Day One readiness, and command center establishment powered by Reinvention AI.
• Help clients identify and implement AI-enabled capabilities and agents from the outset of GCC operations.
• Support transformation programmes including GCC health checks, capability expansion, modernisation, and workforce reskilling.
• Develop client deliverables — analyses, frameworks, recommendations — with growing autonomy and structured thinking.
• Work across geographies and functions, connecting business and technology perspectives to deliver integrated solutions.
