Qualifications

• 7+ years in product, operations, strategy or related field in crypto/Web3.
• Trading product experience is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with analytics tools; SQL a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market research and translate insights for product and tech teams.
• Lead requirements and support regional strategic projects.
• Identify product/UX improvements from data and user feedback.
• Support market expansion and go-to-market efforts with stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics for growth opportunities.
• Act as local eyes and ears feeding insights to roadmaps.
• Develop growth strategies to improve core metrics.
