UST, a multinational digital technology services leader, is seeking a Functional Product Owner with strong expertise in Business Banking and omnichannel servicing platforms to own global, scalable servicing solutions for SME, Corporate, and Enterprise clients.

The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution in an Agile, multi-country environment, translating business needs into actionable product backlog items while collaborating with product managers and country programs.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Banking or omnichannel servicing solutions.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Functional Analyst in Business Banking.
• Strong knowledge of SME, Corporate and Enterprise Banking processes.
• Translating business needs into product backlog items in Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
• Autonomous working style in complex, global, cross-functional setups.

Responsabilidades

• Own the functional vision and roadmap for Enterprise client servicing.
• Define and prioritize onboarding, profiling and multi-user company management.
• Translate operational needs into functional definitions, user stories and requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leads and country programs.
• Identify reusable global capabilities while balancing local country needs.
• Drive backlog prioritization, release planning and stakeholder alignment.
• Define and evolve operational use cases (onboarding, servicing, documentation, requests, complaints).
• Support country rollouts and platform adoption.
• Maintain functional documentation in Jira and Confluence.

What we look for?

We are looking for a Functional Product Owner with strong expertise in Business / Enterprise Banking and omnichannel servicing platforms, capable of owning and evolving global, scalable servicing solutions for SME, Corporate, and Enterprise clients.

We look for someone who combines strategic vision with hands‑on operational understanding, and who can translate complex business and operational needs into clear functional capabilities and product backlog items within an Agile, multi-country environment.

Collaboration 100% remote within Spain.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the functional vision and roadmap of the Business Channels platform for Enterprise and Business clients.
• Define and prioritize end-to-end customer servicing capabilities, including onboarding, customer profile, multi-user company management, workflows, and relationship management.
• Act as the functional owner, translating operational and business banking needs into functional definitions, user stories, and servicing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Business Banking Operations teams, and country programs.
• Identify reusable global capabilities while balancing local country requirements.
• Drive backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Define and evolve operational use cases (onboarding, servicing, documentation, requests, complaints, etc.).
• Support country rollouts and adoption of the platform.
• Maintain functional documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Mandatory requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Functional Analyst in Business Banking or Omnichannel servicing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SME, Corporate, and Enterprise Banking operational processes.
• Deep understanding of customer servicing workflows, relationship management, and operational KPIs.
• Solid experience translating business needs into product backlog items in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to identify operational pain points and convert them into scalable, reusable product capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Capability to work autonomously in complex, global, and cross-functional setups.
• Strong prioritization and roadmap management skills.
• Comfortable working in multi-country product organizations.

Work mode: remote within Spain
