UST, a multinational technology services company, is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst to join its international team in Madrid. The role focuses on gathering requirements and documenting business processes within banking and financial services, with emphasis on Agile practices and API/database familiarity.

The candidate will collaborate across IT and business units, drafting BRDs, functional specs, process flows and user stories, while supporting test cases and project tracking in a dynamic

• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Language: High level of English (B2).

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Functional Analyst Junior to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and a solid understanding of financial products within banking. Fluent English (B2+), knowledge of APIs and databases, and experience in banking or financial services are required. We welcome candidates ready to develop their expertise in a professional, international environment.
