Qualifications

• Будет плюсом: ERP-системы (Odoo и др.), банковский/страховой сектор, Agile.

Responsibilities

• Понять клиента: бизнес, процессы и потребности, даже если они не могут это объяснить.
• Перевести это в чёткие спецификации, пользовательские истории и критерии приемки.
• Планировать и вести проект: приоритеты, сроки, риски и коммуникацию с клиентом.
• Проверять, что поставленное соответствует требованиям и работает как ожидается.

From the client's business to a clear specification: you decide what gets built. We are looking for a functional analyst with 2 to 6 years of experience close to software development, to work in a hybrid arrangement in Barcelona on software and process digitization projects developed with AI (Claude Code) for banks, insurance companies and other businesses. What matters more to us is what you have done than where you come from: our team includes people from engineering, philosophy and teaching.

Understand the client: their business, processes and what they really need, even if they cannot explain it. Translate this into clear specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria that the team can execute without ambiguity. Plan and run the project: priorities, deadlines, risks and communication with the client. Validate that what is delivered is what was requested and works as the client expects.

Требования

Between 2 and 6 years of experience in software projects (analysis, development, implementation, consulting or project management). Experience defining requirements or features with a development team. Direct contact with clients or business areas. Fluent Catalan and Spanish: most of our clients work in Catalan. You get to the point: you explain a complex problem in a few sentences and your documents are clear without needing a meeting. You take initiative: you do not wait to be told what to do; if something does not make sense, you say so in time and suggest an alternative. You listen and ask the right questions: you detect what the client does not say. Organization and execution: you organize yourself, prioritize and deliver what you promise. You use AI every day and are curious about how it is changing the way software is built. Будет плюсом: Odoo or other ERP systems, banking or insurance, agile methodologies.

Условия

• Salary according to experience and level of autonomy demonstrated during the process.
• Permanent contract.
• Office in central Barcelona, with 2 days of remote work per week and, after 3 months, 10 additional days per quarter.
• Flexible working hours: 8 hours from Monday to Friday, or 8.5 hours from Monday to Thursday with a shorter Friday.
• Intensive working hours in July and August.
• Genuine work-life balance: never more than 40 hours per week.
