You will collaborate with distributed teams in France, Spain, India, and the Philippines, and maintain a strong on-site presence in Bangalore to ensure delivery quality and stakeholder alignment.

Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and desired business outcomes. Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for digital delivery teams. Challenge requirements constructively to ensure teams solve the right business problem, rather than simply implementing requested features. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle. Apply an AI-first mindset to identify opportunities where AI and GenAI can accelerate analysis, improve requirements quality, support prototyping, or optimise business processes. Leverage AI tools as part of your daily work to increase speed, quality, and effectiveness in analysis and documentation. Help teams rapidly explore and validate alternative approaches rather than defaulting to traditional solutions. Understand and consider data dependencies, data quality considerations, and governance implications when shaping requirements. Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across France, Spain, India, and the Philippines. Build strong relationships with stakeholders through an active on-site presence in Bangalore.

Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience. Strong Business Analyst experience with strong data / CRM / Salesforce exposure. Experience gathering, analysing, documenting, and refining business requirements. Experience producing high-quality user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams including business stakeholders, developers, product teams, and data specialists. Experience operating within international or distributed organisations. Professional proficiency in English. Able to work on-site in Bangalore. Excellent requirements engineering and business analysis capabilities. Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business challenges into clear and actionable delivery requirements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working closely with technical delivery teams and understanding technology constraints and opportunities. Practical experience using AI and GenAI tools to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, requirements engineering, or delivery effectiveness. Strong understanding of the value AI can bring to business analysis, process optimisation, and solution design. Ability to challenge both business and technical stakeholders constructively. Understanding of data dependencies, data quality considerations, and governance principles. Comfortable working autonomously while managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
