Formación

Responsabilidades

Задачи

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, converting them into user stories and acceptance criteria


• Manage and maintain the product backlog in Jira, ensuring traceability of requirements and business priorities


• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives


• Coordinate communication between business areas and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions


• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Agile methodologies


• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and specifications for development teams


• Monitor initiative progress using Agile metrics and tracking tools


• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure objectives and deadlines are met


• Identify risks, dependencies, and functional impacts throughout the project lifecycle

Требования

• 2-7 Years of professional experience as a Business Analyst


• 2-7 Years of experience working in Agile environments
  
• Professional experience using Jira to manage and track requirements


• Knowledge of Scrum Master practices and participation in Scrum ceremonies


• English at B2 level or above


• A technical degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline


• Knowledge and experience using generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applicable to the workplace


• Must reside in Spain and have permission to work in Spain


• Nice to have: experience collaborating with international teams, experience in digital transformation and process improvement, knowledge of Confluence or other functional documentation tools, Agile or Scrum Master certifications or equivalent
