Job summary

Goodrecruiter ищет фриланс-IT бизнес-аналитика для работы над высоко-видимыми стратегическими проектами в рамках крупной цифровой трансформации. Задание длится 6 месяцев, старт ASAP, локация — Барселона. Возможна удаленная работа 2 дня в неделю, дневная ставка обсуждается.

Опыт более 2 лет в бизнес-анализе, работа в трансформационных/водопадных проектах, знание IT-окружения, навыки взаимодействия со стейкхолдерами и англ/французский язык приветствуются.

Qualifications

• Минимум 2 года в бизнес-анализе в структурированных и/или трансформационных проектах (Waterfall).
• Сильные аналитические, структурные и приоритетные навыки.
• Понимание IT-окружения (данные, API; Python — плюс).
• Умение работать в сложных бизнес-IT средах.
• Исключительные коммуникативные навыки с бизнес- и IT-стейкхолдерами.
• Автономность, строгость и ориентация на результат.
• Требуется знание французского на уровне C1 (French C1).

Responsibilities

• Сбор, анализ и уточнение бизнес-требований в соответствии с целями проекта
• Идентификация возможностей, рисков и зон для оптимизации
• Предложение решений на основе существующей экосистемы и лучших практик
• Структурирование и приоритезация требований (видение продукта, MVP, backlog)
• Написание понятных функциональных спецификаций
• Сотрудничество с техническими командами для оценки и валидации решений
• Поддержка проектов на всех этапах, до внедрения в продакшн
• Контроль полученной ценности и эффектов внедрённых решений
• Взаимодействие с ключевыми стейкхолдерами и упрощение коммуникации проекта

In a context of transformation and growth, we are looking for a freelance IT Business Analyst to work on high-impact strategic projects.

• Gather, analyze and challenge business needs in line with strategic objectives
• Identify project opportunities, risks and areas for optimization
• Propose suitable solutions based on the existing ecosystem and market best practices
• Structure, formalize and prioritize requirements (product vision, MVP, backlog)
• Write clear, actionable functional specifications
• Work closely with technical teams to scope and validate solutions
• Support projects from start to finish, through to production deployment
• Track the value generated and the benefits of deployed solutions
• Interact with key stakeholders and streamline project communication

Требования

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis in structured and/or transformation environments (Waterfall)
• Strong analytical, structuring and prioritization skills
• Good understanding of IT environments (data, APIs, SQL or Python is a plus)
• Ability to work in complex environments at the business/IT interface
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a range of contacts (business, IT, stakeholders)
• Autonomy, rigor and results orientation
• French C1 required
