Julius Baer invites experienced developers to join our Madrid office to design, develop, and test backend modules using Java 21, Jakarta EE, JPA/Hibernate, and Maven. You will also build frontend components with Angular and TypeScript, design RESTful APIs, and integrate with enterprise systems, while ensuring high-quality code and robust automated tests.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with Java development and OO programming principles.
• Experience with Java/Jakarta EE, JPA/Hibernate, and Maven-based applications.
• Solid experience developing frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML and CSS/SASS.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and data persistence concepts.
• Understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Experience with automated testing using frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Familiarity with source control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile development teams.

• Support deployment, testing, and release activities across development and test environments.
