Amazon Spain (Catalonia) is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure the area keeps pace with demand. You will drive safety, productivity and cross-team collaboration in a hands-on role, while engaging with engineers and managers to optimize operations.

The role requires a university degree, strong English and local language skills, and data analysis experience, with familiarity in a logistics environment.

Formación

• University degree completed before start date or graduation within last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience in a logistics environment.
• Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
