Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. is seeking an Area Manager to lead a site within the Amazon Logistics network. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while guiding a team across shifts and coordinating projects that improve efficiency and service levels.

You will oversee cross-functional collaboration, mentor new managers, and uphold high standards of operational excellence across the area.

Formación

• Advanced degree, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in people management and leading teams.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong ability to use data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
