Job summary

Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure the area keeps pace with demand. In this hands-on role you will drive productivity while collaborating with colleagues to address challenges across shifts.

You will base at one of our operational sites, prioritising safety, daily operations, and continuous improvement, with interaction across engineering and leadership teams to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Completed University degree before start date or graduated within last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Experience in a logistical working environment.
• Experience using MS Office in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
