Job summary

Colliers in Madrid is hiring a Frontend Engineer I for its newly established Technology Hub. The role offers a hybrid model (remote & onsite) with opportunities to influence the technical direction, collaborate with global teams, and deliver world-class web interfaces serving Commercial Real Estate platforms.

The candidate will translate designs into high-quality UI, contribute to design systems, and work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, DevOps, and QA to ensure scalable, accessible,

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript is essential.
Experience with internationalization/localization, accessibility, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, Miro and Azure DevOps.
Experience with frontend test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Implement scalable, maintainable B2B software products using React and TypeScript.
Design and build modular UI components and maintain design system libraries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, accessibility and performance.
Lead technical discussions, code reviews and production-system ownership.
Contribute to design feasibility, architecture discussions and engineering standards.
