Job summary

Colliers International EMEA in Madrid is seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer I to join our Technology Hub. You will help shape the technical direction and contribute to scalable, accessible enterprise UIs across global products.

You will work with React and TypeScript in a hybrid model (remote & onsite) and collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality interfaces and a modern design system.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with internationalization/localization, accessibility, performance optimization, and modern CSS.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub, Miro and Azure DevOps.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: implement scalable B2B UI with React and TS.
• UX and Design: translate Figma designs into high-fidelity interfaces and maintain design consistency.
• Technical Leadership: contribute to design/code reviews and uphold engineering standards.
• Quality and Performance: drive test-first development and ensure performance and reliability.
• Global Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams across regions to deliver features.
