Colliers International EMEA in Madrid is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join the newly established Technology Hub. This hybrid role offers influence over culture, practices, and technical direction in a global real estate technology setting.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET enterprise solutions, collaborating with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Data, QA and Architecture teams to deliver high quality software.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong OO design, microservices, and API development (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Postgres, Cosmos DB, MongoDB) and caching.
• Cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps (preferably GCP).
• Agile development (Scrum/Kanban) with story estimation, code reviews and pair programming.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub, Miro, and Azure DevOps in distributed/remote teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of secure development practices and compliance (ISO27001, GDPR, SOC2).

Responsabilidades

• Develop scalable B2B software using the .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Contribute to architecture discussions and code reviews.
• Define coding standards, documentation and secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with product, design and QA to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Lead production systems ownership and continuously improve agile processes.
• Ensure testing: unit, integration and performance; maintain high uptime.
