Colliers International EMEA seeks an experienced Frontend Engineer I for a newly established Technology Hub in Madrid. The role offers hybrid work (remote & onsite) with opportunities to influence technology strategy and shape best practices within a global real estate leader.

You will work on scalable enterprise UI using React and TypeScript, collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, and DevOps teams to deliver world-class digital experiences across regions.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript used to build scalable B2B frontend
Experience with modern frontend tooling and testing practices
Familiarity with accessibility, security and performance considerations

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain scalable frontend features for enterprise UI
Collaborate with product/design, backend, DevOps and QA teams
Contribute to design system and component library
Ensure code quality through reviews, tests and documentation
Improve build pipelines, observability and deployment automation
