Colliers International, a leading global real estate services and investment management firm, is hiring a QA Engineer for its new Technology Hub in Madrid. The role offers a hybrid work model with remote and onsite collaboration, enabling you to shape testing strategies, automate critical tests, and influence product quality across global teams.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Data, and Architecture to deliver high-quality software for enterprise clients, across Frontend

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing with test automation.
• Experience testing modern web apps using React, Typescript and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with frontend and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with API testing tools and automated tests.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
• Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and distributed/remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain a reusable automation testing framework.
• Develop automated tests across frontend, backend, and API layers with Cypress, Playwright, Postman.
• Implement testing frameworks for functional and non-functional testing; ensure early defect detection.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure code is testable and maintainable.
• Embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and define quality gates.
• Lead test-first mindset and support root cause analysis of production issues.
• Contribute to coding standards, documentation, and lifecycle best practices.
