Colliers in Madrid is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our newly established Global Technology Hub. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET enterprise software, shaping technical direction and mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

This role collaborates with international teams, embraces SOLID, CI/CD, and secure coding, and provides impact across global CRE platforms.

Formación

• 8+ years of .NET software development experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Cloud-native architectures and CI/CD experience.
• Strong knowledge of SOA, microservices, and API design.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain scalable .NET enterprise software.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps and Architecture teams.
• Ensure delivery excellence, software quality and customer experience.
• Participate in sprint planning and architectural discussions.
