Bikini Island & Mountain Hotels in Mallorca's Colònia de Sant Jordi is seeking a front office receptionist to greet guests, perform administrative tasks, and coordinate with housekeeping and F&B teams.

You should have knowledge of front office and reservation tasks, a good command of English, and experience with hotel PMS systems; other languages are welcome. Join a vibrant team during a busy season with opportunities for growth.

• Knowledge of front office and reservation tasks.
• Good level of English; additional languages are valuable.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep reception and boutique areas clean and presentable at all times.

WHAT'S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?

YOU HAVE/YOU ARE....

• Knowledge of front office and reservation tasks
• Good level of English.
• Any other languages are also valuable
• Previous experience in the same position
• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
• Creativity, proactivity and attention to detail
• Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with other staff members.
• Management of hotel PMS systems (Opera Cloud, SIHOT, Protel, Mews, etc.).
• Check-in/check-out management.
• Billing, invoicing, and cashier duties.
• Reservation management and modifications.
• Basic Office skills (Email, Excel, Word).
