Hosco offers a Front Office Trainee position where you will gain hands-on experience in Reception, Guest Relations, Groom/Bellboy, or e-Concierge within the Rooms Division. You will learn under the guidance of your Manager while supporting daily front desk operations and guest services across departments.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, handling inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and contributing to smooth hotel service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to guests and assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently while ensuring accurate guest registration.
• Manage telephone calls and coordinate effectively with other hotel departments.
• Stay informed about daily arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special events.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions when needed.
• Support Front Office operations with administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Manager.
