Qualifications

• Enrollment in a school with an internship agreement.
• Fluent English and willingness to interact with international guests.
• Friendly, confident with guests and good communication.
• Available for the full duration of the internship we expect.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and handles check-ins and check-outs.
• Manages reservations and guest requests.
• Advises guests on the hotel, excursions and local area.
• Liaises with housekeeping, F&B and the concierge team.
