The Social Hub in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Front Office Host to welcome guests, manage check-ins, and guide visitors to local experiences. You’ll help create a lively, friendly lobby that embodies our hybrid hospitality concept across Europe.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that makes people feel at home.
• Proactive mindset and ability to switch between tasks without losing your smile.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start.
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy.
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences.
• Jump in with bookings for activities, restaurants and everything in between.
• Share guest insights and feedback with the team to improve every stay.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep things running smoothly.
• Represent The Social Hub by promoting our outlets and spotting upsell opportunities.
