Responsabilidades

• Guest Service Representatives take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services guiding guests through their stay.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance while providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and contribute to memorable stays for all guests.
