Novotel Valencia Lavant, part of Odyssey Hotel Group, is seeking a motivated Front Office Agent to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure smooth front desk operations.

You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, maintain records, and handle inquiries using Opera and MS Office. English and Spanish are essential, with weekend shifts required. Join a dynamic Odyssey team at a beautiful location.

Formación

• Prior experience in a similar hotel front office role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• English and Spanish essential.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Ensure a smooth check-in/out process for all guests in line with brand standards.
• Maintain accurate guest records, including personal information, payment details, and preferences.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
