Job summary

Puttery Holdings LLC seeks a Front of House Manager to lead guest-facing operations with a focus on bar management. You will oversee service execution, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and floor operations to deliver an elevated hospitality experience.

Lead a high-energy FOH team, manage scheduling and upselling opportunities, and ensure compliance with bar standards and safety protocols in a dynamic nightlife setting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across diverse teams in high-volume settings.
• Ability to develop and coach FOH staff.
• Strong guest-service mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Experience with creating staff schedules and managing labor costs.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible service standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all front-of-house service areas including hosts, servers, bartenders and support staff
• Oversee and train bar program: ordering, inventory, and program execution
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
• Maintain brand-aligned service standards across pacing, presentation, and hospitality tone
• Manage floor operations during peak periods for energy and flow
• Create FOH schedules that align with business volume and labor targets
• Ensure proper staffing for regular service, events, and high-volume periods
• Collaborate with BOH, Events and Management for operational alignment
• Monitor readiness: pre-shift meetings, appearance, and station setup
• Support revenue growth through upselling and guest engagement
• Monitor labor, service efficiency, and cost controls in FOH
• Assist inventory oversight for FOH supplies and bar operations
• Support event execution and private bookings from service perspective
• Hire, train, coach and develop FOH team members
• Set clear expectations on performance and professionalism
• Conduct performance feedback, disciplinary actions and recognition
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Enforce responsible alcohol service and food safety standards
• Maintain a safe, respectful workplace environment
