Dertour Inc is seeking a Bar Manager to lead and supervise our bar operations, crafting an outstanding beverage experience for guests. You will manage a skilled team, create enticing menus, and ensure flawless service in a fast-paced resort setting.

Formación

• 2+ years in a Bar Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality and nightlife.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Deep knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and signature creations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong guest focus and service mindset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
