Formación

• 2+ years in a Bar Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality and nightlife.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Deep knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and signature creations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong guest focus and service mindset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise the operations of our bars, ensuring high-quality service.
• Be responsible for creating and executing the beverage menu – impress us with your creativity!
• Lead and motivate our fantastic team of bartenders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Interact with guests, making sure they fully enjoy their experience in our bars.
• Work closely with other resort departments to deliver a seamless service experience.
• Resolve issues and handle guest requests efficiently and professionally.
• Support the organization of special events and themed nights.
• Stay up to date with the latest cocktail and mixology trends.
