Job summary

Barcelona Wine Bar is seeking an outgoing restaurant manager to lead a high-volume venue with a focus on guest experience and staff development. You will oversee operations, ensure exceptional service, and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in restaurant management or related roles, and BA/BS in hotel/restaurant management is desirable. This on-site role requires flexibility with hours and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Working Conditions

• Hours may vary if manager must fill in for his/her colleagues or if emergencies arise
• Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion
• Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment
• Operate phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment

Education/Experience

• 2-3 years’ of practical restaurant experience preferred
• BA/BS degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable
