Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day F&B operation across multiple service environments.
• Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Coach and develop a team of operational leaders and department heads.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling and deployment of large teams.
• Ensure compliant delivery across hospitality, events and VIP services.
• Monitor and optimise labour costs, productivity and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with culinary, logistics and commercial teams to enhance guest experiences.
