Job summary

CampDeMar in Mallorca is seeking a welcoming front desk professional to greet international guests, manage check-ins and inquiries, ensure a smooth arrival, and help guests discover local highlights and amenities.

Fluent German is essential, plus good English and Spanish; prior hotel reception experience, strong communication, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude are required for a successful, long-term fit in our sunny island environment.

• Providing professional complaint management with Guest Relation Management and hotel directors.
• Processing individual room reservations and assisting group bookings.
• Ensuring clear communication and handovers with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.

THE CAMP DE MAR HOTEL & RESORT in Andratx is located in the southwest of Mallorca, right next to the idyllic fishing village of Port d'Andratx. In this full-time role, you will be the welcoming face and reliable point of contact for our international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Handling smooth check-in and check-out procedures, conducting guest rooming, and introducing visitors to the hotel amenities upon arrival.
• Managing daily front desk operations and handling general guest inquiries with care and efficiency.
• Advising guests on island highlights, local attractions, excursions across Mallorca, and personalized recommendations.
• Providing professional complaint management in close collaboration with Guest Relation Management and hotel directors.
• Processing individual room reservations and supporting group bookings on a punctual basis.
• Ensuring clear, seamless communication and handovers with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
