Edition Hotels in Madrid is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to manage guest check-ins, verify identities, assign rooms, and issue keys, while ensuring accurate payments and daily reports. You will assist with training staff, maintain professional appearance, protect assets, and respond to guest requests, coordinating with other hotel teams to deliver exceptional service.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilidades

• Process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign room and issue keys.
• Secure payment prior to key issuance; balance and drop receipts.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating staff.
• Enter and locate information using computers/POS systems.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with staff to fulfill needs.
