Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Partner Technical Solutions Consultant to bridge technical solutions with our partners in Bulgaria. You will support French-speaking clients, troubleshoot advanced smart devices, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining high service standards.

Fluency in French and English, a valid EU passport, and a passion for consumer electronics are essential.

Formación

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English for international collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical contact for French-speaking partners in the consumer electronics ecosystem.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and guidance for complex smart devices and hardware peripherals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues and ensure premium service delivery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical interactions to improve partner workflows.
