Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a recruitment specialist fluent in French to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build and maintain a pool of doctors, invite them to participate in market research studies, and manage follow-ups to ensure high engagement.

The role requires strong communication skills in both French and English, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, multinational environment. Based in Madrid, it is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among assigned doctors using different communication channels and arguments.
