Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting French-speaking professionals to build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. The role focuses on recruitment, participant engagement, and maintaining updated healthcare professional information.

The ideal candidate is a French native speaker with strong English, excellent communication and organizational skills, and analytical abilities. Prior multinational experience is advantageous, with additional tasks including

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
