Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a candidate to recruit and engage doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will build trustful relationships with healthcare professionals, manage ongoing engagement, and assist with queries related to questionnaires and panel participation.

The role requires French native proficiency, strong English, and meticulous organizational and communication skills in a dynamic, diverse team. Office-based in Madrid with global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional telephone and email communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates with effective use of different communication channels.
