Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French-speaking recruitment professionals to join our Madrid Production Hub. Your mission is to build a panel of doctors for market research studies, engaging participants and coordinating follow-ups.

You will contact doctors by phone and email, maintain up-to-date records, and support translations and documentation as needed. English proficiency and attention to detail are essential; prior experience in multinational environments is a plus. Diverse, inclusive team mindset.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
