Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-native recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. Your role will be to build a pool of doctors for market research studies, engage them, and maintain relationships across recruitment and follow-up conversations.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. You will call doctors to invite them to studies, manage participation, and ensure high response rates using various channels.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills required.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation rates across the assigned doctors using multiple channels.
