IQVIA is seeking a French native speaker to recruit doctors for a Madrid Production Hub panel. You will engage healthcare professionals, invite them to market research studies, and maintain relationships through follow-up conversations about questionnaire completion.

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential. English proficiency is required for trainings and internal communications; multinational experience is a plus.

Competenze

• French native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations when needed.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximise participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels.
