Netenders is an international distributor of omnichannel brands, specialising in blank & customised apparel for B2B and B2C. We are seeking an Inside Sales for our French-speaking markets to interact in an international environment and help drive high growth.

You will handle inbound requests from French-speaking prospects, present our products, and build lasting relationships, while tracking activity in Salesforce and collaborating with procurement, CX, and marketing.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales, account management, or CRM-based experience.
• Native or fluent in French and high level English.
• Proactive and sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and basic data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and qualify inbound requests from French-speaking prospects.
• Present products and solutions, understanding client needs.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Track your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure excellent client experience.
• Once inbound flow is under control, dedicate time to outbound prospecting to grow the DACH market.
