Job summary

IQVIA is looking for a fluent French speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub as a recruiter for a doctor panel used in market research studies.

You will reach out to doctors, invite them to participate, and conduct follow-up conversations to ensure high engagement and questionnaire completion. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
